I did it. For only the second time in a row EVER, today I picked up the
welding handpiece and welded real good - easy, effortless, clean, good
penetration, the slag fell off in one piece with a gentle tap - no
grinding down or reworking needed.
And I mused - to what do I owe this Cosmic Good Fortune?
And I thought - it could be the Good Karma expressed by the noble
members of this group, the sage advice, the demonstrations of
solidarity. Then it hit me.....
It was Gunner. And what he said, the blessing he bestowed upon me.

This was SO TRUE. I tuned myself to the Cosmic Flow, became one with
the weld, and it worked.
And I had always thought Gunner was a slightly loony Winger - I know
now that he is truly an enlightened being, spreading Good Karma and
Cool Vibes through the Universe - his sometimes ludicrous political
statements are only false modesty to camouflage his truly
compassionate, enlightened soul.
Bless you Gunner, I am in your debt.
