Hi All,
I just bought a pair of DELPHONICA E806R speakers on eBay in a highly
flippant mood and now realise that I don't have an adequate amp to
drive them...
Please excuse my ignorance...
I need some good cables, and a good amp...
(What I do have, is a Beringer mixer that I used to previously ran into
my computer)
Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Well since I've never heard of them I checked out ebay, is this what
you bought http://shorterlink.com/?G73U5V ? If so why do they look
almost exactly like B&W's?

What are you looking for, a good 2 channel power amp? A multi channel
amp or receiver for home theater use?

You are gonna need something fairly decent to drive 4 ohm speakers so
it doesn't shut down on ya.

I'm currently using a B&K pw amp and a Yamaha receiver as my pre-amp to
run my L&R mains that are also low impedance and I'm very happy.

Adcom makes some fine amps, but they are a bit pricey compared to B&K
amps.

BTW, don't buy Monster Cable! (just in case you didn't know that's it
waaaay overpriced!)
