Placed an order with Hartville Tool about a week ago. I received it
yesterday. The $186 Talon chuck was not in the box and the screws for the
spigot jaw accessory were not there. Packing slip showed chuck was included
in shipment. I weighed everything that did come and it matched weight
showing on shipping label. I figured that would be my best defense.. So
phoned them. They apologized and will send chuck. As far as screws, they
didn't want to mess up their inventory, so they will contact One-way and
have them send the screws directly to me. At first they just wanted me to
contact One-way and get the screws. I don't know.. I'm not impressed..
Nice catalog..
