car is 94 accord. automatic trans.
This could be a problem, but need your input.
Problem: After I move the gear lever from Drive
to Park, it takes about 4 seconds later that I can hear a loud
click sound coming from the gear lever. It sounds as if the
gear isn't locking or something until 4 seconds later. I could be
wrong.

Could this be a major problem?
Maybe a sticky lockpin for the ignition key interlock?
